Farid Muhammad-Aceto, son of legendary bodybuilding coach Chris Aceto, is preparing for Teen Nationals this weekend and has been sharing updates during his competition prep as a natural bodybuilder.
Aceto, who was previously confirmed to be sponsored by MuscleMeds Performance Technologies, has taken an interest in natural bodybuilding over the last two years. Aceto grew up with an athletic background in football and track throughout high school. In 2022, Aceto attended the Olympia with his father and gained a significant interest in bodybuilding. This is when he decided to take on the challenge fully.
Aceto competed in his first bodybuilding show on July 17 2024. He placed second in both the Classic Physique and Bodybuilding during the Teen, Collegiate, and Masters Nationals. He would go onto win first place in bodybuilding and second in Classic Physique in September at the York Barbell Muscletown Natural. Under a suggestion by Tyler Manion and Bill Sibilia, Aceto took the stage during the Ben Weider Pro/AM Naturals in November 2024, placing fourth in both divisions.

Aceto is being coached by his father. Over the course of his career, Chris Aceto has coached bodybuilders to 126 titles between a total of 48 athletes.
