Anna Millington, who won the World Natural Bodybuilding amateur title in New York in 2011, started bodybuilding five years ago, turning professional last year.
She has now taken second place in the European women’s cup at the UK Drug Free Bodybuilding Association’s Open Championships in Leamington Spa.
Miss Millington, 39, from Eldwick, was Keighley’s first female firefighter and competed in global firefighter games. She and partner Phil Downing have now opened Amazon Natural Fitness in Wellington Street, Bingley, which is having an open weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
