Christina Savva picks up third place in the BNBF (British Natural Bodybuilding Federation) British Finals.
Christina works full time in Central London and this is a hobby of hers which she is very passionate about. She worked and prepared for 6 months, for this show, training five times a week and eating a super clean balanced diet.
She trains at Pumping Iron Gym in Arnos Grove and they have been very supportive of her.
Bodybuilding has traditionally been a masculine Sport, but it is becoming more popular among woman, with an increase in female members at her gym since she started in August 2014.
