Oliver Procházka dominated Spain Pro 2026!

Slovak bodybuilding celebrates another major success! Oliver Procházka dominated the Classic Physique division at the Spain Pro 2026 professional competition in Alicante, Spain, and won his first title in the IFBB Pro League. After several grueling weeks of regularly competing against Europe’s top athletes, he finally achieved his long-awaited victory. His compatriot Michal Valaštek also performed exceptionally well.

Four competitions over four weekends. And finally, a well-deserved victory!

Sometimes, success comes down to the details. Better competitive form, more precise posing, or the ability to showcase his physique at just the right moment. Oliver Procházka has gained exceptionally valuable experience in this regard over the past few weeks. The Slovak bodybuilder competed in four professional contests over four consecutive weekends.

And his results gradually told an interesting story. He placed fourth at EVLS Prague Pro. A week later, he moved up to second place at FitParade Pro in Budapest and subsequently won bronze at the 365 Grand Prix Pro in Košice. Then, on Sunday, November 1, he achieved the greatest success of his professional career to date.

In Alicante, he defeated strong international competition

The Spain Pro professional competition took place in Alicante, Spain, and featured several IFBB Pro League categories. A total of 17 competitors competed in Classic Physique. Procházka impressed the judges enough to take first place ahead of Bulgaria’s Zhivko Petkov.

Another Slovak representative, Michal Valaštek, finished in third place. The top three spots were thus taken by two Slovak and one Bulgarian bodybuilder. Procházka’s victory is all the more impressive given that he has had to gradually face a wide variety of competitors on the professional circuit.

For example, Petkov already had a victory at the Austrian Oak under his belt, as well as experience competing in the Classic Physique Olympia.

Results of the Classic Physique – Spain Pro 2026 category:

Place Competitor Country
1. Oliver Procházka Slovakia
2. Zhivko Petkov Bulgaria
3. Michal Valaštek Slovakia
4. Florian Torres France
5. Valtteri Jaatinen Finland

Michal Valaštek Confirms His Improving Form

Michal Valaštek also achieved a very good result. The Slovak competitor took third place, continuing his successful run at European professional competitions. He had previously finished fourth at the 365 Grand Prix Pro in Košice.

In Alicante, he managed to move up to the bronze medal position. The results of both competitors are positive news for the Slovak and broader Czechoslovak bodybuilding scene. They show that domestic representatives can be competitive even against experienced foreign professionals.

Does this victory mean automatic qualification for Mr. Olympia 2027?

Procházka’s victory is an important step in his professional career. However, it does not automatically guarantee his participation in the 2027 Mr. Olympia. This is because a modified system is in effect for the Classic Physique category during the current qualifying period.

Competitors can qualify for Mr. Olympia through the points ranking system or earn direct qualification by winning two open professional competitions. The exception is a select group of prestigious competitions where a victory grants direct qualification.

The Spain Pro is not one of these selected competitions.

With his victory, Procházka earned 10 qualifying points, but he would need another win at a qualifying event to secure direct qualification.

Nevertheless, his current result gives him a very good starting position for the rest of the season.

What’s next?

Four competitions in a single month represent a demanding period for any professional bodybuilder. Competitors must repeatedly manage travel, the final phase of competition preparation, and their presentation on stage. Oliver Procházka, however, managed to cap off this entire period with the best possible result.

After finishing fourth, second, and third, he finally secured his first victory. Whether he will continue competing in the coming weeks cannot yet be confirmed based on the available information.

One thing is certain, though.

Oliver Procházka claimed his first professional title in Spain and proved that he can win even against experienced international competition.

And for fans of Czechoslovak bodybuilding, this is news that is definitely worth paying attention to.

Intense training requires more than just willpower

Oliver Procházka competed in four professional contests within a few weeks and ultimately crowned his endurance with a victory at the Spain Pro. Such a demanding preparation serves as a reminder of how important proper nutrition and hydration are, in addition to training. If you regularly engage in long and intense workouts, GymSupps Super Intra is an excellent option; it contains carbohydrates in the form of cyclic dextrin, essential amino acids, and other ingredients designed for use during physical activity. When sweating heavily, it’s also important to consider fluid and mineral losses. To replenish them, you can use Kulturistika.com Super Electrolytes. Both products are also available in a discounted Endurance Pack: Super Intra + Super Electrolytes. However, the foundation always remains adequate energy intake, hydration, and recovery.
