John Jewett is gearing up for his first show of the 2026 bodybuilding season. In an August 11 Instagram post, the bodybuilding veteran broke down his 2,555-calorie diet fueling his preparations for the 2026 Texas Pro.Β
β5 days out from Texas Pro.πβΒ
Jewett has been an IFBB Pro bodybuilder for nearly 10 years, and in that time, heβs made huge strides. Intense training and sustainable dieting have helped him get shredded for contests each year. In 2025, the Menβs Open pro claimed a pair of fourth-place finishes at the Tampa and Texas Pro.Β
In addition to navigating his career, Jewett has established himself as an elite bodybuilding coach. He is currently preparing former two-time 212 Olympia champion Shaun Clarida for the 2026 Mr. Olympia. If Jewett wants to make it to Vegas, heβll look to nail down a victory in the Lone Star State this weekend.Β
