IMPHAL, Aug 2 : Khumukcham Warren and Pukhrambam Pari sealed the Senior and Junior Men’s bodybuilding title as Nongmaithem Ariyal grabbed the Men’s Sports Physique title at the 5th Mr Kakching 2026 District Level Bodybuilding Competition.
As many as 15 competitors took part in the competition organised jointly by the Kakching District Bodybuilders Association and Lamkhai Lairembi Sanapung, Wabagai at Wabagai Hr Secondary School today.
DJ Gym and Fitness, Kakching’s athletes swept the top three places in the men’s sports physique event with Nongmaithem Ariyal leading compatriots Nongmaithem Lemba and Julfikar Alam while Lamkhai Lairembi Sanabung’s duo of Ningthoujam Topper and Sapam Bikash sealed the fourth and fifth places.
In the Junior Men’s Bodybuilding event, Pukhrambam Pari of DJ Gym and Fitness led the chart as Naorem Raj of Sangai Fitness Centre, Kakching Khunou finished second; Thokchom Sinthoi of and Mayengbam Diamond both representing Lamkhai Lairembi Sanabung finished third and fourth.
Meanwhile in the Senior Men’s Bodybuilding event, Khumukcham Warren of Royal Gym, Ningomthongjao finished on top as Naorem Fredy of DJ Gym and Fitness and Thokchom Sinthoi of Lamkhai Lairembi Sanabung secured the second and third spots. Naorem Mangibabu and Phuritshabam Lanchenba, both representing Lamkhai Lairembi Sanabung were placed fourth and fifth in this event.
