Sarah Franke is a 54-year-old competitive figure bodybuilder and elite personal trainer.
She said she had achieved her physique through a lot of hard work and she would continue to strive to achieve the best version of herself.
“My best body isn’t behind me,” she said.
“It’s being built.
“It’s forged through relentless discipline, early mornings, hard sessions, setbacks overcome, and an uncompromising standard I refuse to lower.”
Tamara Hutley
Tamara Hutley.
Tamara is a full-time paramedic and mother of two who began her fitness journey later in life and has spent the past six years competing in natural bodybuilding.
She earned professional status across multiple federations and represented Australia at the 2025 INBA/PNBA Natural Olympia in Las Vegas.
She is currently preparing for the Natural IFBB competition season in July.
