Joseph Baena is preparing to step on a bodybuilding stage for the first time this weekend.

After speculation for many years, the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger will make his debut on stage and has been sharing plenty of physique updates and workouts, including a full push day on Monday.
Baena has been interested in fitness for many years now. The 28-year-old has worked hard to craft an impressive physique and has taken it to the next level to step on stage. He has worked with many fitness greats, including Robby Robinson and Mike O’Hearn, in the gym to aid in his prep over the years.
As reported by TMZ Sports, Baena is scheduled to make his bodybuilding debut at the NPC Natural Colorado State competition this Saturday. This means he will officially follow in the footsteps of his father, who was a seven-time Olympia champion during his career.
Baena has found success in many lanes during his career. He has appeared on the big screen in multiple pictures while also being featured on the cover of magazines. Baena also took part in a season of Dancing With The Stars and this enhanced his physique as well, sharing his progress and weight loss while competing on the show.

Joseph Baena plans to compete in a natural bodybuilding show this weekend. He has spoken openly about steroids and has never felt the need to go on a cycle. He shared this information in a previous interview on Trensparent with Nyla Nayga.
“I never took steroids because I never felt like I needed to. It just comes up because it would like, I want to see what would happen. A lot of people, that’s like half my comments. It’s like ‘could you just hop on the juice already, bro.’”
Baena has done it all from launching his own program to being featured as a fitness model. Now, he will take his first ventures into competitive bodybuilding with his debut at a natural show this weekend.
