Udaipur, March 24, 2026 – Under the aegis of the District Powerlifting Association Udaipur, the 14th Udaipur District Junior & Sub-Junior Men’s and Women’s Classic Powerlifting Championship is being organised in Udaipur on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at Luv Kush Indoor Stadium.
Providing this information, District Powerlifting Association Udaipur Secretary Vinod Sahu said that all interested male and female players must submit copies of their birth certificate, Aadhaar card, Class 10 mark sheet and domicile certificate at the time of weigh-in at 9:00 am on March 29.
Only athletes up to 23 years of age are eligible for the Junior category, while athletes up to 18 years of age can participate in the Sub-Junior category. The competition will commence at 10:30 am.
Association president Dinesh Shrimali shared that based on this competition, the Udaipur district Junior and Sub-Junior Men and Women teams will be selected. The selected team will participate in the 14th Rajasthan State Junior & Sub-Junior Classic Powerlifting Championship to be held in Alwar from April 4-5.
