Samson Dauda Confirms Insane Arm Size During Offseason Prep

Dauda confirms that his arms measured at 24 inches.

Former Mr. Olympia Samson Dauda already has one title under his belt and wants to make a case for a second this year. The goal of the offseason was to add even more muscle and size to his frame. So far, he seems to be accomplishing that goal by the looks of recent physique and weight updates. During a conversation recently, Dauda revealed the shocking size of his arms.

Dauda joined One 54 Africa for an interview about all things bodybuilding. During the interview, the host brought up the size of Hulk Hogan’s infamous biceps. Dauda shared that he measured his recently and it came in at an eye-popping 24 inches.

“Just because last time I measured, it was 24 inches.”

Samson Dauda has proven that he is a true force in Men’s Open and this has been the case since his debut. In 2022, he finished in the Top 10 at his first Olympia competition and shot up the scorecard in 2023 — when he was top three. After his victory last year, it was a surprising drop to No. 4 but Dauda is prepared to move forward and improve.

Samson Dauda’s Journey To 350 Pounds

After the Olympia, Samson Dauda did not hide his intentions moving forward. He did not commit to competition before the Olympia, but did share that he plans to add more size. The number 350 has been in his mind and he has come close already. During a physique update at the end of January, Dauda stepped on the scale and it came up 346 pounds.

“Literally every offseason, I’ve kept a cap on how much I want my weight to climb. This is the first time where I’m like ‘f*ck it, let’s go for broke.’ Let’s see what it can do. I’m curious to see what happens.”

Dauda’s rise through the IFBB Pro League was steady. After turning pro in 2018, Dauda gained momentum with standout performances at shows like the British Grand Prix and the Arnold Classic UK. But his true breakout moment came at the 2023 Arnold Classic, where he battled against Nick Walker and Andrew Jacked to earn the runner-up spot. The bodybuilding world took notice. His combination of mass, shape, and stage presence became impossible to ignore.
