Feel like I finally reached enough muscle mass after about a year of gym for someone to tell me whether my insertions are gud or not? dad who I haven’t seen in like 10years was bodybuilder wondering if I inherited some “good” genes or something?. ps my legs are small because I injured my back in my first 2 months lifting and have only just been pain free enough to start training them again.
I like bodybuilding would like to know if i could be anygood one day
Keep adding muscle and it will reveal itself. Your insertions are not obviously bad, but you lack sufficient muscle at this time make an honest assessment.

got ya. I need to get some proper nutrition i think. Just been shovelling shit into my mouth without a care in the world for the last year. definitely not hitting anywhere near the 200g of protein per day that i need. doesnt help that im jobless atm and anything that is real food in this country costs 10x what the microwaveable slop that is covering the shelves costs
As someone else from the UK, I’d say you aren’t trying hard enough:
None of those things cost more individually than ready meals – all of them are high in protein, that took me 30 seconds to get, you can find similar priced items on any supermarket. There’s also eggs, milk, tuna, turkey, large cheap meat joints (slow cook), other less complete protein but good for adding to the daily total beans, lentils etc.
You’ve got to put the effort in if you want the results and that includes effort in the kitchen.
