A FORMER bodybuilding competitor and strength trainer has been appointed as a housebuilder’s new customer experience director.
Harron Homes has welcomed Amy Wright to the group-wide role, which will drive customer journey improvements across its Yorkshire and North Midlands operations.
Ms Wright, who lives in South Yorkshire, previously worked at Harron as customer service manager from 2017 to 2019.
She said: “I’m excited to return to Harron at a moment when both the business and the wider industry are changing.
“There is a real appetite to keep improving, and I’m proud to be leading that work.”
Ms Wright brings more than a decade of experience in customer care and consumer standards, including her most recent position as operations director at the New Homes Quality Board.
Outside of work, she enjoys strength training and has previously competed in a bodybuilding competition.
She said the experience was “mainly a bit of fun and an opportunity to see how disciplined and structured I could be.”
