Hi, I’m Tony Wall — former 5x elite gymnastics champion, capoeira coach, and now NABBA Mr. World Physique No. 3 in bodybuilding. But the road here wasn’t straight.
After being diagnosed with a mental health condition, I lost everything — my body, my confidence, and my fire. I gained weight, smoked heavily, and was stuck in a toxic environment. I rarely talk about it… but I rebuilt.
I quit smoking. Dropped 20kg. Learned everything I could about mental resilience, training, and supplements. I opened a supplement store. Became an ISO-certified trainer, but I’m now with ISSA. And fought my way back to become a champion athlete again — and a coach creating champions. And became NZ’s first medalist in a relaunch of the NABBA Int’l World Championships, in Australia.
Now, I’ve qualified to represent New Zealand at NABBA Pro Mr. Universe UK 2026. It’s a dream — and a mission.
But I need help funding the trip. I’m seeking to raise $40,000 NZD to cover travel, accommodation, coaching, and competition prep.
This isn’t just about trophies. It’s about showing what’s possible when you rebuild your mind and body — and carrying that message to the world. It’s important for men to learn resilience and mental strength, and I hope my preps show the depths you can go to and still rise as a champion. I want to inspire men to take up lifting as a therapy tool so that they stop killing themselves due to not letting the pressure out in a safe way.
Thank you for supporting me.
Tony Wall B.A.
