Eduarda Bezerra won the 2026 Wellness Olympia on September 25 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, successfully defending the title she first captured one year earlier.
Isabelle Nunes finished second for the second consecutive year, missing the championship by a single point. Elisa Alcantara placed third, Leonida Ciobu took fourth, and Rayane Fogal completed the top five.
The official scorecard made this the closest of Friday’s Olympia title decisions. Bezerra received seven points and Nunes recorded eight, leaving no room for error between the two Brazilian champions. Alcantara was third with 15, followed by Ciobu at 20 and Fogal at 25.
Bezerra’s victory gave her back-to-back Wellness Olympia titles in 2025 and 2026. Nunes won the championship in 2024 before finishing behind Bezerra in each of the next two contests, making their matchup the defining rivalry of the division’s current period.

One Point Separates Bezerra And Nunes
Wellness emphasizes lower-body development while still judging balance, shape, conditioning and stage presentation. Bezerra’s seven-point total shows that the judges did not produce a unanimous first-place score, but her final tally remained just low enough to keep Nunes from reclaiming the championship.
Nunes arrived as the 2024 winner and had already finished second to Bezerra in 2025. Her eight-point total in Las Vegas represents the narrowest possible deficit shown on the final scorecard. Alcantara was seven points farther back in third, creating a clear separation between the two title contenders and the rest of the podium.
The official totals beyond the podium followed a mostly five-point progression. Ciobu scored 20, Fogal 25, Mendonca 30, Drury 35, Telles Lopes 40, Pereira Dias 45 and Machado 50. Marques received 55, Luz 60 and Pereira 65. Rodrigues scored 71 in fourteenth, and Yang completed the top 15 with 74 points before the 80-point sixteenth-place group.
The result also gave Brazil three of the five leading positions. Bezerra and Nunes occupied the top two, while Fogal placed fifth. Alcantara represented the Dominican Republic in third, and Moldova’s Ciobu took fourth. Brazil’s depth continued through Mendonca in sixth, Telles Lopes in eighth, Pereira Dias in ninth and Machado in tenth.
Eight Brazilian athletes appeared in the top 12, underlining the country’s depth in Wellness. Drury was the only United States representative in the top 15 and placed seventh. Spain’s Pereira took thirteenth and China’s Yang finished fifteenth, while the Dominican Republic and Moldova were represented in the prize-winning top five by Alcantara and Ciobu.
Bezerra is now the third champion in Wellness Olympia history. Francielle Mattos won the first three contests from 2021 through 2023, Nunes took over in 2024, and Bezerra has controlled the title for the past two years. Her successful defense makes her the second athlete in the division to win more than once.
Alcantara’s third-place result kept her on the podium after also taking third in 2025. Ciobu improved to fourth, and Fogal rounded out the five prize-winning positions. Mendonca, Drury, Telles Lopes, Pereira Dias and Machado completed the top 10.
The 2023 Wellness Olympia marked Mattos’ third title before the championship passed to Nunes and then Bezerra. Friday’s schedule also included the Figure Olympia final and the Women’s Physique result.
The broader September 24-27 event was available on the official free Olympia livestream. Bezerra leaves the 2026 contest with two straight championships, but the one-point score confirms that Nunes remains the closest threat to her reign.
