The group is coached by staff at Lewko Tensity Gym, where they practice every Thursday, looking to perfect their form and lift personal bests.
“They love it, they love coming in here. Just the atmosphere in this gym is awesome,” said Marcus Lewkowicz, CEO of Lewko Tensity Gym. “It’s just good to show that anybody can work out. Whether you have a disability, whether you have an injury. No matter what age it is. It’s just good coming to the gym and working out.”
The group’s season runs through the end of November.
