ACADO Guyana has announced its financial sponsorship of national powerlifting athlete Kezia Joseph as she prepares to represent Guyana at the upcoming South American Powerlifting Federation Championships in Chile.
Kezia is a national lifter who qualified for the national team across three weight classes with the Guyana Amateur Powerlifting Federation (GAPLF). She holds the record for the biggest raw squat by a female in Guyana since 2018.
This sponsorship marks a milestone for ACADO Guyana’s newly launched Brand Ambassador Programme, expanding its official athlete support network to seven national athletes spanning five distinct sports disciplines.
CEO of ACADO Guyana, Alicia DeAbreu shared: “A core value and driving objective at ACADO Guyana is investing in the national development of our local athletes. We are proud to support Kezia on her journey to compete internationally and remain deeply committed to elevating local talent through our Brand Ambassador initiative which was launched in 2025. We remain committed to our core belief of enriching lives for generations to come.”
