Nick Walker: No one will beat me at the 2026 Olympics

Nick Walker is brimming with confidence ahead of the upcoming 2026 Mr. Olympia competition. In a recent video posted in August, he revealed his clear plan—if he manages to keep his midsection under control on stage in Las Vegas, he’ll be absolutely unbeatable.

A Return to the Top and a Winning Streak

After slipping to sixth place at the 2025 Mr. Olympia, Walker has managed to regain tremendous momentum in the Men’s Open division. He kicked off his comeback with a spectacular performance at the 2026 Arnold Classic, where he was hot on the heels of Andrew Jacked and ultimately took home the silver medal.

He then confidently secured his spot at the upcoming Mr. Olympia with a dominant performance at the Tampa Pro. It was there that he showcased perfect control of his abdominal muscles, particularly during transitions between poses. Many experts believe that if he repeats this formula, he has a tremendous chance of succeeding against the world’s absolute elite.

Main Goal: A Narrower Waist and Maximum Definition

In an interview, Walker emphasized that his top priority for the Olympia is to showcase a narrower waist on stage. In addition, he wants to display better definition in his back and chest without compromising the renowned fullness of his legs.

“My clear and main goal is to achieve a tighter waist,” Walkersaid . “I definitely want to show a little more definition in my back as well. I think it’s mainly a matter of muscle fullness. The same goes for my chest. And of course, I want to keep my legs as full as possible and definitely not lose anything there.”

Walker believes that if he perfects these adjustments, he’ll be unbeatable:

“I think that when I put it all together—being harder and drier—there’s not a single reason why I couldn’t take home the Sandow Trophy.”
