You are encouraged to bring your trainer to the competitors’ meeting on the day of the show and backstage; trainers only need to buy a regular ticket (no separate trainer passes). One trainer per athlete, please. You are also encouraged to bring your family and friends to cheer you on—we hope ticket pricing and discounts for seniors, students, and military members make the event super accessible to all. Kids 12 and under get in free.

This show will follow a straight-through format: each category will be judged and awards will be given immediately—without a separate “evening” portion of the event. With this format, there is only one ticket for spectators, who can arrive at any time to watch the show. Tickets are available for purchase via the website or at the venue on the day of the event. It also means you can leave after your class(es) are finished if you wish, or stay to watch the rest of the show. Please note that, as a longtime fan of posing routines, there will be a $250 bonus and a Best Poser award for the best bodybuilding/classic physique routine (which is normally not judged). I hope this provides some extra motivation to perfect your routine! Additionally, there will be a Best Female Presentation award ($250) judged by the audience, with voting open online on the day of the competition.
Bodybuilding and Classic Physique competitors: please email me your posing routine music. I put together a short video with a couple of tips for the posing music and posted it on @wnbf_topguns Instagram; I hope you find those tips helpful. Note that if you are competing in both Bodybuilding and Classic Physique, you can have two separate pieces of music and two separate routines, one for each category. I realize it is more work, but hopefully it is the artistic work many of you enjoy. Alternately, you can use the same posing music and routine for both.
