Tommy DeFea, left, and Tanner Baird of Massenomics Gym hosted their annual Lift Hard, Live Easy weightlifting event Friday, July 17 and Saturday, July 18 at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel. Over 160 participants from 31 states competed in the event. A strongman competition was held Friday featuring different objects lifted in a timed event. Saturday featured a powerlifting event.
