Guinness World Record holder and World Champion power lifter Bill Clark is preparing to attempt his latest, and maybe his last world record feat.
This Friday, July third, Clark will try to break the record for the most decks of cards ripped in half in one minute at Mirabito stadium.
He will attempt the record immediately following the rumble ponies game, which currently sits at 26 decks ripped.
Fans can also meet Clark pre-game starting at six p-m.
He currently holds the Guinness world record for the most license plates torn in half in 30 seconds, and the most decks of cards ripped in half in 30 seconds.
Clark said, “I’m a big believer that success and excellence sometimes are two very different things. The success is the meeting of an objective. Excellence is the best it can be. So going back to what Jim said, I’m not coming for to break a record. I’m coming to be the very best that we can be. So we’re going to shoot for one speed and whatever it ends up that I know this, we have enough cards, so we’ll have I think we’re at 50 something better.”
