To Commemorate the International Olympic Day which falls on 23rd June, the 2026 Olympic Day Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Competition was held at Myanmar Convention Center in Mayangon Township, Yangon on Saturday.
The event was jointly organized by the Department of Sports and Physical Education under the Ministry of Sports and Myanmar Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Federation (MBPF). Deputy Minister for Sports U Nyi Nyi in his capacity as Chairman of Myanmar Olympic Committee along with the officials attended the event.
Physique athletes competed two designated poses in U-21 Athletic Physique, age 45 and above Athletic Physique, age 60, 70 and 80 and above events, Men’s Athletic Physique (open), Men’s Sports Physique (open), Women’s Athletic Physique (open) and Women’s Model Physique(open). Trophies and cash awards were presented to the winners in each events.
