Goa University has selected the Powerlifting Men & Women team for participation at the All India Inter University Powerlifting Championship 2025-26 to be held at Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (Deemed to be University), Chennai.
The kit distribution and farewell function for the teams was held at Sports Section, Goa University in the presence of Mr. Balachandra B. Jadar, University Asst. Director of Physical Education and Sports, Goa University, Mr. Krishna Parsekar, Assistant Sports Officer, Goa University along with Men’s Team Coach cum Manager Mr. Audumber A. Tamse & Women’s Team Coach Mr. Andrew Gomes and team manager Ms. Prissie Fernandes.
