Bodybuilding influencer Gabriel Ganley has tragically died at the age of 22 years old as authorities investigate the “suspicious and sudden” case.
On Saturday, May 23, the young athlete was found dead on his kitchen floor inside his apartment in São Paulo, Brazil, with his cause of death still undisclosed. According to CNN Brasil, the local SSP (Public Security Secretariat), reported that Gabriel’s body was found by a friend, and that there were no “apparent signs of violence.”
Shortly after Gabriel’s heartbreaking death, the Brazilian supplement brand Integralmedica, that sponsored Gabriel confirmed the news and shared a heartfelt tribute in his memory. Gabriel’s death occurred three days after Virgin River star Stewart McLean’s death, which occurred one week after he mysteriously went missing.

In their post honoring Gabriel – translated from Portuguese – the brand wrote on Instagram, “Pain speaks louder today. With great sadness, we say goodbye to our eternal baby, who lived intensely and with whom we had historical and unforgettable moments in the Integralmedica family.”
The message continued, “Today we lost a far more than a talented and dedicated athlete with a bright future ahead. We lost a sports influencer who inspired thousands of young people daily with his energy, discipline and authenticity. Ganley left his mark wherever he went. His charisma, his presence, and his passion for life will live on in the memories of all who had the privilege of knowing him and walking alongside him.”

Underneath the post, which was met with over 1.9 million likes, many of Gabriel’s fans took to the comments section sharing an outpouring of love for the famous influencer. One person commented, “Our eternal bbzinho, thank you for everything you did for us, may God comfort the family and friends.”
