Men’s Open Preview: One Of The Deepest Fields Of The Year

The Men’s Open division is loaded with star power this year, headlined by Michal Krizo, Rafael Brandao, Blessing Awodibu, Tonio Burton, and Patrick Moore. Krizo brings overwhelming size and massive hype entering the contest, while Brandao may have the most polished and aesthetic physique in the lineup. Blessing returns to one of the biggest stages of his career looking to reclaim momentum, Burton enters as one of the most consistent conditioned athletes in the field, and Moore hopes to remind fans why many once viewed him as a future elite contender in the division.

Men’s Physique Preview: Ali Bilal vs. Edvan Palmeira Could Steal The Weekend

Men’s Physique could end up being one of the most competitive battles of the weekend thanks to Ali Bilal and Edvan Palmeira. Bilal has rapidly become one of the hottest names in the division because of his razor-sharp conditioning and elite presentation, while Palmeira continues to impress with his aesthetics, symmetry, and stage presence. With Olympia qualification on the line, both athletes enter New York with major momentum and high expectations.

Why This Show Matters

Outside of the Olympia and Arnold Classic, the New York Pro has become one of the biggest proving grounds in bodybuilding. The winners here instantly become major players in the Olympia conversation, and this year’s lineup has enough star power to reshape multiple divisions heading into summer.
