Michal Krizo Shares Brutal Arm Workout With Andrew Jacked & Mike Sommerfeld Ahead of 2026 New York Pro

Krizo, Andrew Jacked, and Mike Sommerfeld teamed up for an intense arm session as the New York Pro approaches

As the 2026 New York Pro gets closer, some of bodybuilding’s biggest names are ramping up the intensity in the gym, and a recent training session featuring Michal Krizo, Andrew Jacked, and Mike Sommerfeld has fans talking.

The trio linked up for a massive arm workout posted on YouTube, giving fans a closer look at the kind of training fueling their preparations ahead of one of the biggest shows of the season.

Krizo, who continues to build momentum as one of the most dangerous mass monsters in Men’s Open, looked locked in throughout the session. Andrew Jacked brought his trademark combination of size and aesthetics, while Classic Physique standout Mike Sommerfeld held his own despite competing in a completely different division.

The workout focused heavily on volume, controlled reps, and squeezing every ounce of tension out of the biceps and triceps.

Andrew Jacked also emphasized intensity over ego lifting.

“It’s not just about moving weight. You have to feel the muscle working.”

Throughout the session, the chemistry between the three bodybuilders stood out almost as much as the training itself. Krizo and Andrew Jacked in particular represent two of the most dangerous physiques in Men’s Open right now, each bringing a completely different structure and presentation to the stage.

Krizo has continued to refine his conditioning while maintaining overwhelming size, something many fans believe could make him a legitimate title threat this season. Andrew Jacked remains one of the most naturally aesthetic mass monsters in bodybuilding, combining towering structure with flowing lines and improved density.

Meanwhile, Sommerfeld continues to establish himself as one of the elite names in Classic Physique, known for his polished conditioning and detail.

With the 2026 New York Pro this weekend, workouts like this are only adding to the buzz surrounding the contest. And if this arm session is any indication, all three competitors are pushing hard to bring their best physiques to the stage.
