Lee thanks Springwood for getting him involved in powerlifting, helping to train him, coaching him at meets and working with him on nutritional goals.
Lee was the only Wildcat at the AISA Powerlifting Championship and is excited to bring his state titles back to Springwood and his home country.
He’s working on getting into some regional tournaments to eventually reach his goal of winning a world championship. He’s also made it his goal to smash all of the AISA records next year, which he is well on track to do.
“My goal is to go more than the AISA, to go to the world (championships),” Lee said. “I would like to be the first to hold a national record in my country and then go on to be one of the top powerlifters in my weight class in the U.S.”
