Remember Elizabeth Smart? Back in 2002, when she was 14 years old, she was abducted from her bedroom in Salt Lake City. She was held captive until police rescued her nine months later.
Well, she’s 38 now and a married mother of three. Oh, and she’s also a competitive bodybuilder.
She entered her fourth competition over the weekend and won in the novice category. She also medaled in two other categories.
Elizabeth was afraid to talk about her new venture until recently. But now she says, quote, “My body has carried me through every worst day, every hellish grueling experience, it’s created and nurtured three beautiful children.
