Chinedu Andrew “Jacked” Obiekea’s sights are set on the elusive Sandow trophy. On April 7, 2026, he teased guest posing in Pittsburgh against Derek Lunsford and Samson Dauda. He also discussed Nick Walker’s future following the Arnold Classic.
Anticipation for the 2026 Mr. Olympia contest is building fast. Jacked perhaps carries the most momentum of anyone, having claimed three consecutive victories onstage, including the Romania Pro, Arnold Classic Ohio, and Arnold UK. His triumphs weren’t just for bragging rights; Jacked made history. He became the first bodybuilder to earn $1 million in prize money within a month.
If Jacked wants to be named the number one bodybuilder in the world, he’ll have to get through reigning champ Derek Lunsford and Samson Dauda. Fans will have the chance to get an early look at the top contenders when they clash at the Pittsburgh Pro guest posing event, scheduled for May 16-17.
Andrew Jacked Weighs in on Guest Posing in Pittsburgh vs Lunsford and Dauda
In the Beyond the State TV interview, Jacked emphasized that he won’t be prepping for his guest posing performance.
“There’s no plans of me prepping to come in for a guest pose. It’s a guest pose, bro. I mean, Shawn Rhoden did his Pittsburgh guest pose; his stomach was like this big, everyone was laughing at him, and what happened? He won the Olympia.”
He added that Dauda felt the same and won’t put extra stress on his body during Olympia prep.
“Someone asked Samson the same question, hey are you going to come in shredded, this and this. Come on, man. He gave them a perfect answer. He’s putting his body through suffering already why would he do extra to guest pose? It’s called a guest pose. He’s working.”
“I don’t think it’s even healthy. We will be there. We will show up.”
In contrast, Jacked mentioned that Lunsford is prepping to guest pose.
“He is [guest posing]. From the looks of things, he’s actually preparing for the guest pose. He is preparing for the guest posing,” Jacked laughs. “But anyways, I mean everyone has their own ways of doing things so yeah, we’ll all see.”
Looking ahead, he refused to count out Lunsford, labeling him a dangerous champion.
“You can’t disrespect the current Mr. Olympia. Derek is dangerous; everyone knows he’s a badass. It’s a longer extension of mix and matching. Let’s go to hell and come back, that’s what I’m saying.”
As for Walker, Jacked believes he’s among the most unpredictable competitors in the Men’s Open. Should he make it to the Mr. Olympia, Jacked said ‘everyone should watch out.’
“Why I don’t bring Nick in the picture is because, one, Nick is dangerous, he’s a mutant. He is unpredictable and he always delivers but now we don’t know his plans. I think he’s keeping it private. We don’t know what his plan is now but whatever he does, and show up at the Olympia… hey, everyone should watch out,” said Andrew Jacked.
The bodybuilding community is excited to see two tall Nigerians battle it out in Vegas. Former eight-time Mr. Olympia Lee Haney offered both athletes advice. He implored Jacked and Dauda to stand tall and pose big, just like Arnold Schwarzenegger used to.
The Pittsburgh Pro guest pose will give fans a chance to see what could unfold at the 2026 Mr. Olympia. The prestigious contest is scheduled for September 24-27 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
