PESHAWAR
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bodybuilding Association has decided to organize a grand and mega bodybuilding event to promote the sport of bodybuilding across the province. The Annual APS Memorial Bodybuilding Championship will be held on Monday, January 26, 2026, at Nishtar Hall, Peshawar.
Like previous years, the championship will be organized in memory of the martyrs of the Army Public School (APS), Peshawar, with the aim of paying rich tribute to their sacrifices and keeping their memories alive.
Speaking to the media, Haroon Khan, Secretary Information of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bodybuilding Association, said that talented bodybuilders and physique athletes from across the province will participate in this mega event. He added that all competitions will be conducted in accordance with modern and international standards.
He informed that the championship will feature competitions in multiple categories, including Junior Mr. Peshawar, Mr. Peshawar, Junior Mr. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, along with Bodybuilding and Physique contests. The APS Memorial Bodybuilding Championship 2026 will also be a key part of the event, which is held annually in the name of APS martyrs.
Haroon Khan stated that the event will not only provide young athletes with an excellent platform to showcase their talent but will also play a vital role in promoting healthy activities and bodybuilding culture in the province. He emphasized that organizing this championship in memory of the APS martyrs is considered a moral responsibility by the association every year.
He appealed to the general public, bodybuilding enthusiasts, coaches, and athletes to arrive on time at Nishtar Hall, Peshawar, on Monday, January 26, 2026, to make this meaningful event a success and to encourage the participating athletes.
