O Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son, Joseph Baena28 years old, followed in his father’s footsteps and won first place in the Iron Gladiator of the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA)held in Southern California on Sunday (6).

In an interview with Fox News, the bodybuilder said he was “excited” to present the results of his work. “It’s my second competition,” he said before the event. “We are ready to premiere and excited to get started.” He added that he chose INBA because he considers it one of the most respected federations in natural bodybuilding.

In the presentation, the athlete took to the stage in a black costume and posed holding a silver sword and a helmet. Before the competition, he shared his preparation on social media and wrote: “Tanned and signed up! Ready for tomorrow’s show.”

In addition to the main title, Baena won first place in the Men’s Open Bodybuilding Heavy Weight Class, Men’s Classic Physique True Novice and Men’s Classic Physique Novice categories, in addition to second place in the Men’s Classic Physique Open Class C. After the victory, he thanked the support received, but indicated that he intends to continue competing.

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son also recently showed part of his training routine alongside his father. “You need to shock your muscles!” he wrote in one post. In a video, Schwarzenegger appears adjusting his son’s posture during training.

In addition to bodybuilding, Joseph has been building a career as an actor, with works such as the film “Gunner” (2024), and has already graced the cover of Men’s Health magazine. He claims to seek his own identity in the face of comparisons. “It was a year of great growth, of discovering who I am and gaining security and confidence, regardless of the challenges and comparisons,” he said.

According to him, pressure is common for children of successful figures. “It’s scary to be compared to these giants and feel like you have to live up to those expectations,” he told Fox News.
