ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) – A local bodybuilder and Elmira-Corning legendary coach will be competing on the big stage.
Elmira’s John Knapp, a former successful baseball coach at multiple schools in the region, will be competing in his third NPC Buffalo Bodybuilding Championships. Knapp will be competing in the 60+ Master Division this Saturday at the Buffalo Marriott Niagara Hotel. Prejudging begins at 10 am with the finals scheduled for 5 pm. Knapp placed third last year in the same division and will be going for a spot at the top of the podium this year.
