In a key development for the promotion of bodybuilding in the district, Ravi Parashar, general secretary of the Punjab Amateur Bodybuilding Association (PABBA), on Tuesday appointed office-bearers for the Ludhiana Bodybuilding and Fitness Association.
According to the constitution of PABBA, the general secretary is empowered to appoint office-bearers of district units until next elections are held, which are scheduled for August. Exercising these powers, Ravi has appointed Baba Gurjit Singh as the general secretary and Kirti Kumar Kittu as the finance secretary of the Ludhiana Bodybuilding and Fitness Association. Ravi will continue to serve as the president of the District Bodybuilding Association, ensuring continuity in leadership and administration.
