Michal “Krizo” Križánek is back in full training. After deciding to skip last year’s Olympia in order to improve his details and gain more muscle mass, he has a clear goal in front of him – to dominate the prestigious New York Pro 2026. What does his current diet, training and what supplements and peptides does the Slovakian phenom include look like? Let’s take a closer look!
Diet? Over 500 grams of carbohydrates a day so far!
Although Krizo is 11 weeks away from the race and has officially started his diet, he is definitely not suffering from a lack of food. He himself admits that he is currently taking in around 500 grams of carbs a day and has no plans to go below 400 grams.
“Most days are the days when the food is too much for me. It’s just the beginning of the diet and there are no big cuts compared to the volume,” he revealed to fans on his YouTube channel.

This is what Kriz’s current all-day diet looks like:
- Meal 1: 300 g egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 130 g rice porridge, 40 g honey
- Meal 2: 350 g potatoes, 330 g salmon (weighed raw)
- Meal 3 (Pre-workout): 120 g rice, 250 g chicken
- Meal 4 (After training): 75 g protein powder, 50 g honey
- Meal 5: Beef steak, rice, broccoli
- Meal 6: 200 g chicken breast, 120 g rice, broccoli
- Meal 7: 200 g egg whites, 50 g protein, 20 g peanut butter
Training and new cardio inclusion
In the volume phase, Krizo avoided cardio and focused only on practicing posing. But now he has incorporated 15 to 20 minutes on the exercise bike.
As for strength training, he currently trains five times a week. However, he plans to incorporate a higher gear:
“I would like to switch to training six times a week. Depending on my form, I will eventually adjust my training so that every muscle part except my legs is worked twice a week,” he explains .
Since his shoulder injury, his training has been much more calculated and focused on maximum efficiency and safety.
Supplementation and Peptide “Stack”
Krizo makes no secret of the fact that he uses top-notch supplementation to maintain health and maximum recovery under extreme stress. His current stack includes:
- Health Protection: Multivitamin and comprehensive liver protection.
- Citrulline, arginine and creatine.
- BPC-157 and TB-500. These two peptides are extremely popular in the bodybuilding world (and pro sports in general) for their ability to speed up muscle, tendon and joint healing, which makes perfect sense after his earlier shoulder problems.
Michal Krizanek is on track to bring an unseen package of mass and readiness to the US stage.
What do you think, does Krizo have what it takes to absolutely dominate this year’s New York Pro and show the American top guys what a Slovakian giant looks like? Let us know in the comments!
