As Tiffany Stratton eyes a potential path to WrestleMania 42, she’s also preparing to step onto a very different stage, yet familiar to her.
In a recent TikTok video, the SmackDown star revealed she is nine weeks away from competing in her second bodybuilding show.
The former WWE Women’s Champion documented part of her training session, including a shoulders-and-triceps workout followed by cardio, confirming that this is more than a casual side project.
“I’m currently nine weeks out from my second bodybuilding show ever,” Stratton said. “I’m going to step on stage again and just kind of see where things are at. I remember I fell in love with bodybuilding, and then I got signed to WWE, so I couldn’t really do both at the same time. But I feel like now I’m in a position where I can balance it.”
Tiffany Stratton Balancing WWE and Bodybuilding Ambitions
Before signing with WWE in August 2021, Tiffany Stratton had already built a resume in athletics. A former gymnast, she also found success in bodybuilding and emerged as the overall winner of the Figure category at the NPC Twin Cities Open in Minnesota.
After joining WWE, she quickly shifted her focus to pro wrestling. By December 2021, she was competing on television. In May 2023, she captured the NXT Women’s Championship at just 24 years old. She later moved to SmackDown and briefly held the WWE Women’s Championship until January 2025.
Now, as she prepares for the Women’s Elimination Chamber match on February 28 in Chicago — alongside Rhea Ripley, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, and others — Stratton is juggling two demanding pursuits. She recently qualified for the bout by winning a Triple Threat match on the February 6 episode of SmackDown.
With WrestleMania season approaching, Stratton appears determined to prove she can flex more than just in-ring credentials.
