Keone Pearson wins his third straight Men’s 212 Olympia title!

Pearson won his first title during the 2023 Olympia by defeating Shaun Clarida, which was considered a major upset. He proved that he was the class of the division by defending his title successfully last year. Pearson competed in Men’s Open in Prague but did not commit to making the move full time.

Clarida finished as the runner-up for the third consecutive year followed by Lucas Garcia. Nihat Kaya impressed as a 21-year-old competitor in his first Olympia competition, placing in the top five.

Pearson has emerged as a star in bodybuilding in a short amount of time. His pro career, beginning in 2016, started in Classic Physique before making the move to 212.

More on 2025 Men’s 212 Olympia Champion Keone Pearson

Keone Pearson, originally from Warner Robins, Georgia, was dubbed a “genetic phenom” early on in his bodybuilding career. He was always active and fit growing up. Despite being in shape his entire life, it wasn’t until 2016 that he finally decided to take his passion for physical activity to the next level and step onto the competitive bodybuilding stage. Keone was introduced onto the competitive scene by PJ Braun and Flex Wheeler who took him under his wind.

Keone is quoted saying; “Weightlifting has always been a part of my journey, but bodybuilding was something that was never planned. It just happened, so ever since I’ve been doing my thing.”
