Mind the Gap featuring Quan’s song “Never Gonna Stop” that’s featured on the soundtrack to Generation Iron is about as apt a title of a song as possible to serve as the theme song to Vlad Yudin’s documentary, which follows seven seriously motivated bodybuilders as they go through the grueling preparations for Mr. Olympia.
The video features cameos from Kai Greene and Phil Heath as they compete for the holy grail of bodybuilding, the Sandow Trophy.
