Classic Physique pro Sam Sulek is preparing to take the stage during the 2026 Arnold Classic in March. Sulek has been known to share daily workout videos and some come with physique updates. He has shown fans plenty of his upper body and has now given them a look at his legs during this stage of prep.

Sam Sulek has been one of the biggest fitness stars in the world in recent years. The topic of Open bodybuilding has already come up and Sulek has acknowledged a potential move in the future. He is focused on Classic Physique for the 2026 year but there is always a chance to move up. Sulek claims that this would happen if he grows out of the weight cap. As of now, he will compete in Classic Physique and compete with some of the best in the world on the Arnold Classic stage.
The 2026 Arnold Classic features a loaded lineup across the board. In Classic Physique, Sulek will get the chance to test himself against some of the other top competitors in the world, including two-time Olympia runner-up Mike Sommerfeld and former Arnold champ Wesley Vissers.

Sam Sulek Shares Legs Update
Sam Sulek hit a recent workout and showed off his legs following the session. Sulek has been seen in many posing videos, showing off his upper body, and now gives fans a glimpse at the entire package.
Over the weekend, Sulek took the stage for the first time as a guest poser during the NPC Musclecontest Challenge. He hit some poses with overall champion Charlie Geffroy following the event. Sulek took the stage in sweatpants and showed off his upper body with a multitude of familiar poses.

Sulek earned his Pro Card at the 2025 Arnold Amateur in the Classic Physique division. Sulek earned qualification to this show following a victory at the 2025 Legends Classic in Las Vegas just weeks before. This was Sulek’s bodybuilding debut competition after he built a reputation as one of the most popular fitness stars in the world.
- Sam Sulek stands at 5’11” tall, and is still very young, having just turned 22 in February of 2024. Though he is young, he still carries around a massive amount of muscle mass and relatively low body fat levels, even during his bulking phase. It is also worth noting that his muscle mass is very matured, meaning there are striations and it is well-developed as though he has been lifting for decades.
- When he is trying to put on size, Sam Sulek weighs around 240lbs. It is not often that you see younger bodybuilders holding that much muscle.
