{"id":9355,"date":"2026-01-13T13:56:19","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T13:56:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldbodybuildingnews.com\/?p=9355"},"modified":"2026-01-13T13:56:19","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T13:56:19","slug":"calendar-released-to-celebrate-bodybuilders-success","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldbodybuildingnews.com\/?p=9355","title":{"rendered":"Calendar released to celebrate bodybuilder&#8217;s success"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"subscription-content\">\n<p>\n  Ed Akay, who is partially paralysed in his left foot,\u00a0has won multiple titles in his first competitive season.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  He won a world silver medal, the inaugural UK International Para Bodybuilding Championship, and the INBA Natural Universe in Hungary in the Para division.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  He is one of the few to compete as both a para and able-bodied athlete.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  He said that he feels very blessed to defy the odds to inspire other people, who were perhaps written off to achieve success.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  He credits his success to the support of his wife and manager, Helen, his trainer, and the UK Drug-Free Bodybuilding Association.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  His trainer, Matthew White, CEO of MW Strength &amp;
