He began having issues in his relationship, at home and at work. In September that year, he decided to start a course to focus his mind and began having counselling alongside it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Soon, he began to better himself, becoming more interested in bodybuilding as a result. Now, he is enjoying success in the sport at the UK Drug Free Bodybuilding Association (UKDFBA) event in Pudsey and is preparing to star in the British Championships in October.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\"><strong class=\"Strong_strong__e2x35\">Read more:<\/strong> <strong class=\"Strong_strong__e2x35\"><a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.grimsbytelegraph.co.uk\/news\/grimsby-news\/family-taking-each-day-comes-8688972\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\">Family &#8216;taking each day as it comes&#8217; as Mila, 4, on the road to recovery after battling rare and aggressive brain tumour<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.grimsbytelegraph.co.uk\/all-about\/immingham\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\">Immingham<\/a> man said: &#8220;I was competing for only my second time ever, but managed to come away with two trophies. I came second in Overall Classic Physique where you&#8217;re judged on your condition and muscle mass. We were falling out over the most simple things and there was clearly something wrong. I want to show people what you can do if you stick at something and that you shouldn&#8217;t stop doing something you enjoy.
