Regan Grimes to return to the Olympia stage.<\/p>\n

Regan Grimes is the\u00a0<\/strong>2025 California State Pro<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0champion.\u00a0<\/strong>Grimes was one of 14 IFBB Pro League Men\u2019s Open athletes competing in Anaheim, CA on Saturday, May 24, and he was the last to leave the stage as the champion.<\/p>\n

Thanks to this win,\u00a0Grimes qualified for the 2025\u00a0Mr. Olympia<\/a>, the main event at Resorts Theater in Las Vegas, NV,<\/span> on Oct. 9-12.<\/p>\n

    Winner \u2014 Regan Grimes<\/h3>\n

    Grimes was coming off a fourth-place finish at the\u00a02025 New York Pro<\/a>, his 2025 season debut. It took a week longer than planned, but Grimes is locked in for the 2025 Olympia. He confirmed he will compete in Las Vegas \u2014 his first Olympia since 2023.<\/p>\n

    Second Place \u2014 Sasan Heirati<\/h3>\n

    This was Heirati\u2019s second runner-up finish of the season. He has until Sept. 14, 2025, to win a pro show to\u00a0qualify for the 2025 Olympia<\/a>. Only show winners advance to the big stage at this point in the season.<\/p>\n

    Third Place \u2014 Leandro Sencini Peres<\/h3>\n

    Peres\u2019 performance surprised the fans, but he showed that he can be a threat to win a contest if he steps onstage in the future. This is his rookie season at the pro level. <\/p>\n

    Standing onstage in callouts with an athlete at the level Grimes is, a top-10 Olympia competitor, is valuable experience.<\/p>\n

    Other Notes<\/h2>\n

    The next Men\u2019s Open show on the 2025 season schedule is the 2025 Legion Sports Fest Pro in Reno, NV, on May 31, 2025. It will also serve as a 2025 Olympia qualifier. The competitor list will be released on Monday evening, May 26.<\/p>\n
