The Bob Cicherillo-Sarah Villegas saga continues\u2026 On Jan. 1, 2026, via YouTube, Bob <\/strong>Cicherillo went as far as to accuse Villegas of using a dangerous drug called DNP (2,4-Dinitrophenol), which has been found in rat poison and dynamite, to melt fat.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Women\u2019s Physique division was rearranged at the 2025 Mr. Olympia<\/a>. Villegas ultimately dropped her title to Natalia Coelho in a close showdown. She didn\u2019t take the defeat lightly. Villegas accused the Brazilian champ of using PMMA<\/a>, a polymer-based filler, to enhance her quad sweeps.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This caused a frenzy, with some of the sport\u2019s biggest names taking sides. Chris Cormier came to Villegas\u2019 defense<\/a>. In contrast, Ray, Cicherillo, and others like Jose Raymond and Dennis James believe she\u2019s being a sore loser<\/a> following the Olympia. Now, \u2018The Voice of Bodybuilding\u2019 is turning the tables, accusing Villegas of dabbling with an extremely dangerous substance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In the latest Voice of Bodybuilding<\/em> podcast, Cicherillo challenged Villegas to go public with her steroid cycle:\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you can\u2019t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. If you don\u2019t like the rules, get out of the federation. These are the rules at which we have. Nobody submits a resume, and listen Sarah, if you want a challenge, why don\u2019t you put your stack or whatever it is that you took for this show, and list it out there online,\u201d he shared<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThe court of public opinion can weigh in and say what\u2019s acceptable and what\u2019s not. If you want to put all your cards on the table, then here\u2019s my challenge to you: put out there what you took. I don\u2019t know what you take.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
