His latest results add to a competitive journey that has already included winning the Mr Tasmania title.

Singh’s approach to bodybuilding centres on natural training, disciplined preparation and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He has remained committed to drug-tested competitions and says his involvement in the sport is also about encouraging greater awareness of fitness and physical wellbeing within the Australian Indian and Sikh community.

His four-medal result in Victoria represents another significant milestone since beginning his competitive bodybuilding journey last year. Competing outside Tasmania has also given Singh an opportunity to test his preparation against athletes from a wider field.

Beyond his own competitive goals, Singh hopes his participation can encourage more people to become involved in fitness. He is particularly interested in inspiring younger members of the Indian and Sikh communities to develop healthier lifestyles and view physical fitness as an important part of everyday wellbeing.

Natural bodybuilding competitions generally focus on athletes competing without performance-enhancing drugs, with drug testing forming part of the competition process.
