Round one of the Para Powerlifting Grand Prix is complete, with athletes earning their first points of the 2026\/27 season at the Para Powerlifting Open.<\/p>\n

Built into the existing competition calendar, the Grand Prix creates a season-long journey for athletes. Competitors earn points across four national events, with overall Grand Prix champions crowned at the British Championships in 2027.<\/p>\n
The format rewards consistency throughout the season. Athletes can continue to build points at every event, even if they’re unable to attend all four competitions.<\/p>\n
