In a September 22 post, <strong>he showed off his latest progress just three days before he competes.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Despite being a relative newcomer in bodybuilding, Ratushnyi has already picked up significant momentum. In 2023, he cemented himself as the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/anton-ratushnyi-earns-ifbb-pro-card\/\">youngest Classic Physique competitor<\/a> to earn an IFBB Pro card at 22, a feat he accomplished at the NPC National Championships. From there, the Classic Physique star began repping out shows for experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He immediately jumped into deep waters at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-pittsburgh-pro-results\/\">2025 Pittsburgh Pro<\/a>. Ratushnyi presented a stellar look in his Pro debut, helping him earn sixth place against elite athletes, including former two-time Arnold Classic champion <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/bodybuilding\/athletes\/terrence-ruffin\/\" class=\"bb-athlete-link\" data-athlete-slug=\"terrence-ruffin\">Terrence Ruffin<\/a> and Olympia contender Jose Manuel Munoz.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Two months later, Ratushnyi continued climbing the ranks and secured second place at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-san-antonio-pro-results\/\">San Antonio Pro<\/a>. The outing gave him valuable data about how to prep for a show.\u00a0Having dialed in his peak, the 22-year-old claimed back-to-back titles at the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-tournament-of-champions-pro-results\/\">2025 Tournament of Champions Pro<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/2025-southern-muscle-pro-showdown-results\/\">Southern Muscle Showdown Pro<\/a>. He posed at the Dragon\u2019s Lair, taking tips from seven-time 212 Olympia <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/bodybuilding\/athletes\/flex-lewis\/\" class=\"bb-athlete-link\" data-athlete-slug=\"flex-lewis\">Flex Lewis<\/a>:\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cLittle fasted check-in from @the_dragons_lair \ud83d\udc09 No pump, depleted, 3 days out from @mrolympiallc. Such an honor to finally meet him and learn from one of the best,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DdmNjwChF1L\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">shared<\/a> Anton Ratushnyi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Though he\u2019s yet to grace the Olympia stage, bodybuilding veterans believe Ratushnyi\u2019s ceiling in the sport is high. Seth Feroce weighed in on who has more bodybuilding potential between Ratushnyi and Sam Sulek. Feroce had high praise for Ratushnyi, predicting back in 2024 that he\u2019d <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/seth-feroce-talks-sam-sulek-vs-anton-ratushnyi\/\">make the top five at the Classic Physique Olympia<\/a> within two or three years.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ratushnyi\u2019s fresh muscle and aesthetics have also caught the eye of <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/bodybuilding\/athletes\/lee-priest\/\" class=\"bb-athlete-link\" data-athlete-slug=\"lee-priest\">Lee Priest<\/a>. He urged the 22-year-old star to <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/lee-priest-urges-anton-ratushnyi-open-talks-andrew-jacked-2026-olympia-chances\/\">immediately switch to the Men\u2019s Open class<\/a>, adding that Classic Physique \u2018will only hold him back.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cI think Classic will only hold him back. Maybe if you want to do it once, fine, but when you\u2019re young and growing and look like that now, he\u2019s going to be a great Open competitor with his muscles, his symmetry, his balance. Yeah, I wouldn\u2019t worry about Classic for too long.
