The elections were held in the presence of Giriraj Khandelwal, president of the Jaipur District Olympic Association, Ashish Kumar, president of Rajasthan Powerlifting Association, and election officer Ramgopal Swami.<!-- --> International softball player Rahul Tanwar was also present on the occasion.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"3\"\/>During the election process, officers were elected unopposed to all positions. In the newly elected executive committee, Satyendra Singh Rathore was elected president, Ashwani Khandelwal was elected secretary, and Pawan Kumawat was elected treasurer.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"5\"\/>Apart from this, Mahesh Kumar Khandelwal was elected as chief patron, Lalchand Gupta as patron and Dharam Singh Gurjar, Pradeep Verma and Lokesh Prajapat were elected as vice presidents.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"9\"\/>Neetu Chauhan and Mukesh Kumar were declared elected unopposed as joint secretaries and Sharad Sharma, Akshay Kumar and Manoj Singh Chauhan were declared elected unopposed as members.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"11\"\/>It is our collective responsibility to nurture sports talent: Giriraj Khandelwal<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/>On this occasion, Jaipur District Olympic Association president Giriraj Khandelwal congratulated the newly elected office bearers and said that Jaipur athletes have immense talent in sports like powerlifting. What is needed is to provide these talents with better training, facilities, and a proper platform.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"18\"\/>He said that the new executive committee should not limit sports to competitions alone, but should instead work on identifying and developing talent at the grassroots level. More district-level competitions should be held, ensuring equal opportunities for emerging athletes from rural and urban areas.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"20\"\/>Khandelwal said that the unopposed election is a testament to the mutual trust and unity among the entire executive committee.
