She continued by sharing the outcomes of her most recent event.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI competed in two classes: \u2018Masters 35+,\u2019 which requires you to be 35 or older, and \u2018Open Class D,\u2019 which is height-based,\u201d she clarified. \u201cI placed at the bottom of both classes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tekedia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/asgarosforum\/9921\/Elizabeth-Smartt.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Smart, however, is still focused on the future and the bright spots despite the result.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRegardless of where I placed, I loved the whole experience,\u201d Smart, who is married to Matthew Gilmour and has three children, continued, \u201chad an amazing coach (@slcrobynmaher), got to step onstage with my best friend (@mpholsombake), and had the best support squad in the audience I could ask for.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She really gave it her all in a number of ways, according to Smart.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tekedia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/asgarosforum\/9921\/Elizabeth-Smart-IG-post-Sept-05-2026.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI brought a better physique and stage presence than at my previous shows,\u201d she came to the conclusion, \u201cand I\u2019m so proud of myself for the hard work, discipline, and bravery it takes me to compete. So, here\u2019s to pursuing goals and not giving up!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Smart previously discussed the guidance she has received since making her bodybuilding debut in April, highlighting how her path has aided in her personal development.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt&#8217;s lifting heavy, it&#8217;s prioritizing protein, and then for me, it was really important to have a coach that was there to help me,\u201d in July, she informed news reporters. \u201cHaving honest feedback and motivation, but at the same time being like, \u2018Hey, I notice that this week&#8217;s check-in it kind of looks like maybe you had a hard week, or you slid back a little bit. Tell me what&#8217;s going on.
