Jeremy, four times Mr. Olympia, you got Brandon Hendrickson who\u2019s got Arnold Classic titles, three times Olympia, so we\u2019re all in the mix.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cFor me, I always need to find a way of giving me that motivation, finding something that somebody hasn\u2019t got yet or that somebody has not achieved yet.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>At this stage of his career, Terry understands the stakes and doesn\u2019t want to cut corners.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI still have that mentality where I never want to cut corners, or I want to find something that somebody\u2019s not got yet or something nobody has achieved yet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGetting that fourth title for me, matching Jeremy, but also with the other accolades that Jeremy might not have, like the Arnold Classic titles, Pittsburgh Pro, New York Pro titles. It definitely solidifies that, I would say.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Looking ahead, he believes Holden could give him a tough test at the Mr. Olympia.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cThere\u2019s a lot of hype about the new kid on the block and stuff like that. The thing is, I\u2019ve got nothing but respect. Obviously, we can talk about Kyron. He looks absolutely phenomenal. He\u2019s pushing me,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=G6N_vUKJFM8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">said<\/a> Ryan Terry.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cI like the fact that he\u2019s respectful. I like the fact that he keeps his head down and cracks on because they are the people you want to be worried about. They are the ones pushing you. They are going to elevate you, and you really want that and need it in the sport. It\u2019s going to be a dogfight, definitely.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Before competing, Terry has kept fans updated on his preparations. The Men\u2019s Physique star revealed that he was weighing 215 pounds and shared an <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessvolt.com\/ryan-terry-back-workout-7-weeks-2026-mr-olympia\/\">intense back workout<\/a> seven weeks out from the Olympia. He believes stronger back poses could give him the edge.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With new blood and a crop of Olympia champs set to battle, Terry refuses to overlook his competition.
