A BELOVED bodybuilder and Navy veteran has died aged 40 \u2013 just weeks after telling fans to \u201cstop taking life for granted\u201d.<\/p>\n
Dwayne Quamina, known as \u201cKing Q\u201d, passed away suddenly on Sunday as tributes pour in for the \u201cdevoted father and proud veteran\u201d.<\/p>\n The cause of death is not yet known.<\/p>\n The famed muscleman served in the US Navy for ten years before becoming a bodybuilder in 2016.<\/p>\n In a now hauntingly poignant message, he told fans last month: \u201cStop taking life for granted go all the way and have zero regrets when it\u2019s all over!\u201d<\/p>\n The muscleman posted workout videos and motivational content to his more than 114,000 Instagram followers.<\/p>\n Just five days ago \u2013 after coming sixth in the Atlanta Pro competition, he wrote: \u201c\u2018If it was easy, everybody would do it. The best quality you can have is the ability to pick yourself up and go again no matter how many times it take.
