A man who has been on a mission to drink an ‘average of 24 drinks a day’ whilst taking steroids and challenging himself to breaking his own personal health records, is back at it again with another experiment. <\/p>\n

Peter Mossfield<\/a>, who is better known as @boozybagfitness<\/a> online, previously made his bodybuilding debut after ‘making a deal<\/a> with people I hate’ what he could drink continuously for 77 days<\/a> and consume performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) without having to workout, and still get in the ‘best health of my life’. <\/p>\n

His results for the bodybuilding dream could be seen on 8 August, where he stood in a lineup of hench blokes, and came last. <\/p>\n

Before making his debut at Men\u2019s Classic Physique Open Class B at the 2026 NPC East Coast Mecca Classic in New York<\/a>, he was confident of his ability to place. <\/p>\n

However, it was probably down to the fact he missed the final showing due to going outside to continue drinking booze as part of his 24-drink rule<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Anyway, now that challenge is over, he’s come back to Instagram to announce another venture: breaking his record speed of throwing a ball by setting himself the goal of 90 miles per hour. <\/p>\n

He said his past record was 81mph and is ramping up his alcohol-use to 26 drinks per day as he said he had to cut alcohol down for his bodybuilding challenge. <\/p>\n

Despite his assurance that he can do ‘anything’ when on the PEDs, the Mayo Clinic<\/a> warns users on its website of the risks involved. <\/p>\n

It notes that although there are benefits such as being able to take less damage to muscles, having more energy and bulking up faster, it states the pressure to be better could induce health problems. <\/p>\n

It states: “Most serious athletes feel a strong drive to win. They often dream big too. Some athletes want to play for professional sports teams. Others want to win medals for their countries. The pressure to win leads some athletes to use drugs that might give them an edge. These are called performance-enhancing drugs. Use of these drugs is known as doping. But doping comes with risks.” <\/p>\n

Mossfield broke into bodybuilding using the same routine (Instagram\/@boozebagfitness)<\/cite><\/div>\n

Those risks can include things like growing breasts, seeing their testicles shrink, not being able to produce children, and more. <\/p>\n

If using needles, there’s also an increased risk of getting HIV due to needle hygiene. <\/p>\n

In his comments, people have had mixed reactions to his announcement, with some stating he needs to stop the challenges for fear that he’s putting his health at risk, or that he’s progressing well despite his unorthodox fitness routine. <\/p>\n

One person commented under a video where Peter revealed his side effect of being ‘addicted’ to the cycle of seeing results with minimal effort: ” I dont think you have any idea of the permanent, non-reversable damage you are creating within your body.” <\/p>\n

Another wrote: “No I cant see why ud get addicted to that bro wtf.” <\/p>\n

Someone else said: ” Yess I\u2019m so glad you went this direction.” <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
