{"id":26561,"date":"2026-08-12T10:02:38","date_gmt":"2026-08-12T10:02:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldbodybuildingnews.com\/?p=26561"},"modified":"2026-08-12T10:02:38","modified_gmt":"2026-08-12T10:02:38","slug":"carbon-phillip-gordon-dominate-in-bodybuildings-national-championships","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldbodybuildingnews.com\/?p=26561","title":{"rendered":"Carbon, Phillip, Gordon dominate in Bodybuilding\u2019s National Championships"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By Neto Baptiste<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Franklin Carbon muscled his way to the Senior Bodybuilding Overall title while Andrei Phillip captured the Senior Men\u2019s Physique and Tiffany Gordon overshadowed her opponents to claim the Senior Women\u2019s Bikini Fitness title during the 59th edition of the bodybuilding and weightlifting federation\u2019s National Championships held August 8th at St Anthony\u2019s Secondary School (SASS).<br \/>Carbon amassed 12 points during the intense battle to outmuscle his opponents and take top honours in the Senior Bodybuilding B division. He finished ahead of Tony Phillip who finished second with 15 points and Marc Samuel who was third with 27 points. Carbon then went on to claim the overall prize.<br \/>Phillip topped the Senior Men\u2019s Physique B category with a score of three points to finish ahead of Kevon Souvenir and Javhone Miller who were second and third respectively.<br \/>Meanwhile, Gordon dominated the B division of the Senior Bikini Fitness competition to finish ahead of Sharon Henry and Kimonelle Codrington who were second and third respectively. Gordon then went on to claim the overall title.<br \/>Chevaughn Ferris, who competed in the Senior Bodybuilding A category was adjudged Most Improved Athlete and received the award donated by Melissa and Michelle Seaforth. Jonte Barnes received an award from Bernard Percival for being the Best Poser while Gordon received the OSA award for the Best Legs.<br \/>Miller, who competed in the Senior Men\u2019s Physique, received the Best Poser Award in that category from Tony Jacobs with Phillip taking the OSA award for Best Command of the Stage in the Bikini Wellness category.
